We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities across assigned projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can manage subcontractors, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure timely project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Project) and Procore is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Coordinate project timelines and monitor schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.

Team & Subcontractor Management

  • Direct subcontractors, site workers, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Foster a safety-first culture; conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
  • Ensure all personnel adhere to company and site-specific protocols.

Site Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and photos using Procore.
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Resource Coordination

  • Schedule deliveries and usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Resolve conflicts, delays, or unexpected issues on-site promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a superintendent or construction supervisory role.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
  • Experienced in Procore or similar construction management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, safety protocols, and project sequencing.
  • OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications required.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
  • May require standing, walking, and climbing on active construction sites for extended periods.
  • Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to meet deadlines.
