From Rural Roots to Global Construction Leadership
Raised on a tobacco farm in North Carolina, Nick learned the values of discipline, grit, and craftsmanship from a young age. After serving in the U.S. military, he entered the Arizona construction industry in 2005, managing a 32-unit townhome development in Phoenix.

When the 2009 economic downturn reshaped the market, Nick pivoted to overseeing more than $100 million in U.S. State Department construction projects worldwide. These included remote, logistically challenging builds in some of the most demanding environments on the planet. This experience sharpened his ability to lead under pressure, manage complex logistics, and deliver on time—no matter the challenges.

Returning to Arizona in 2014, Nick managed high-end residential projects, including an 18,000-square-foot custom estate valued at $20 million. In 2021, he launched Diamond West Construction under his own license, serving clients who demand top-tier craftsmanship and operational excellence.
