Randy Benschoter joined Diamond West Construction, LLC. in February 2025. He brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to his role as Superintendent. Raised in the construction industry, Randy began working alongside his grandfather at the age of 14, where he developed a strong work ethic, deep respect for the trade, and a passion for building that has guided his career ever since.

Over the years, Randy has gained extensive field experience across residential, and some commercial projects. His leadership style emphasizes communication, safety, and quality craftsmanship, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. With a reputation for problem-solving, team leadership, and a deep understanding of all phases of construction, Randy plays a key role in maintaining Diamond West Construction’s commitment to excellence on every job site.
